Delicious Goodness

I'm sure I'm not the only one that is hooked on pinterest lately. If you aren't, it's probably for the best. I've spent WAY too much time on there. But a few good recipes have resulted at least. Here's a good one. Try it!

Homemade Butterfingers

1 Bag of Candy Corn
1 18oz. jar of peanut butter (I only used about 16oz.)
Chocolate candy coating for dipping

Pour the candy corn in a large microwave safe bowl and microwave in 30-45 second increments until melted, stirring each time. Mix in the peanut butter. It took quite a bit of stirring to get it mixed in well. Press into a 9X9 baking dish lined with parchment or wax paper. Let cool completely. Cut into pieces and dip in chocolate.

This was so easy and so delish. It really did taste like the real thing. I thought it was actually better the next day once the inside hardened a bit.
Bet you wouldn't have guessed it had candy corn huh!
